Balconea is the controller of your data. You can contact us at hola@balconea.com.

We process the email and, if you provide it, the name you send in the waitlist form.

We use your data to tell you when bookings open and to send you Balconea news.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box in the form.

We keep your data until you withdraw the consent or ask for its deletion.

You can access, rectify, delete and object to the processing at hola@balconea.com.
